Job Description
Machining Operator
We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machinery, ensuring quality standards are met throughout the production process.
Job description:
Comply with safety and environmental standards of their line. Execute and sustain Autonomous Maintenance and 5S programs at the cell/line/work area of operation. Report and enforce safety, AM, 5S.
Complete and maintain production and quality records.
Read, understand and interpret gauges results.
Understand basic blueprint reading. Strive to attain daily production and scrap goals. Communicate on shift handoff daily.
Assist with line changeovers as required.
Requirements:
Manufacturing skills (ex. basic math, safety, quality etc.)
High School Diploma / GED.
Ability to work in hot work environments. Ability to frequently lift up to 50lbs.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
2nd shift 3pm - 11pm
3rd shift 11pm - 7am
$18.35/hour
