Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in supporting the production process, ensuring that manufacturing operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. Your hands-on mechanical skills and factory experience will help maintain high-quality standards and optimize assembly line productivity. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced manufacturing environment where your skills directly impact product quality and operational success. Responsibilities Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, including power tools and hand tools, to support assembly line production. Assist with the setup, calibration, and troubleshooting of machinery to ensure optimal performance. Use forklift trucks safely to move raw materials, finished products, and supplies within the manufacturing facility. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and work areas to identify potential issues or safety hazards. Support assembly processes by following detailed work instructions and quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, storage areas, and production zones to promote safety and efficiency. Document production activities accurately, including logs of materials used, machine maintenance, and quality checks. Qualifications Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred. Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools. Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or factory setting. Familiarity with assembly line operations and manufacturing processes. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety protocols. Warehouse experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with inventory management and material handling. Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
