Job Description

Your roleAs a Production Technician, your mission is to be responsbile forthe assembly of adhesive dispensing equipment. You will report to the Production Manager.

This is a 1st shift opportunity: 6am-2:30pm.

You will Assemble dispensing systemsTroubleshoot issues with equipment, using testing instrumentsInspect and perform quality control checksLog into daily schedule and complete assigned tasksEscalate any issues/concernsResolves and test finished products, debugs electrical, mechanical and software issues dynamicallyMaintains clean, organizedworkstationAdheres quality andsafety standards and participateinsafety initiativeDocument required production documentsCoordinate with Quality, Project Engineering, Project management teams related to issues on work shop To succeed, you will needWe encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every single requirement. Minimum 1 year of experience in mechanical or electrical assembly in a production environmentAbility to learn computer programsKnowledge and skills in the construction, operation, and hazard recognition of electrical systems and equipmentAbility to read basic blueprints, drawings, and electrical schematicsAbility to use basic hand tools along with industry instruments including a voltage detector and caliperAbility to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writingContinuous improvement mindset: ability to implement new processes and ideasProven ability to work independently, prioritize conflicting tasks, manage time effectively, and make certain independent decisionsAbility to stand forthe majority of an 8 hour work shift; 6 or more hours typicallyAbility to lift up to 35-40 pounds periodically; lift assist available as needed.
