Job Description

Role Summary Our Vicksburg, MI facility is looking for a meticulous Process Technician to support our high-energy production team. You will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and upholding quality standards, making this an ideal position for a professional who thrives in rapid environments and is committed to ongoing process refinement. Key Duties Oversee and refine manufacturing workflows to achieve peak output and product excellence. Perform regular equipment and product evaluations to help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team. Work alongside production and engineering staff to identify and fix technical process challenges. Record all adjustments to procedures and keep precise logs of manufacturing data. Support the onboarding of incoming staff by teaching established protocols and safety guidelines. Contribute to performance-boosting projects to help drive overall operational success. Keep the workspace tidy and orderly in alignment with corporate standards. Required Background Completion of secondary education; a technical certificate or degree is preferred. Demonstrated history in a manufacturing setting, specifically working with plastics as a Process Technician. Solid grasp of quality assurance methods and production workflows. Sharp analytical abilities and a keen eye for precision. Capacity to function effectively within a cooperative, team-based setting. Effective verbal and written communication capabilities. Flexibility to adjust your schedule, including availability for overtime when necessary.
