Job Description
Position Overview We are hiring hardworking and dependable General Laborers to join our team. This position supports daily production and warehouse operations by assisting with material handling, assembly, packaging, machine support, and general facility duties. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow a career in manufacturing, production, or warehouse operations. Responsibilities Assist with production, assembly, packaging, and material handling tasks Load and unload materials, parts, and finished products Support machine operators and production teams as needed Perform quality checks on products and materials Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and company policies Use hand tools, pallet jacks, and other basic equipment safely Stack, sort, label, and package products for shipment Assist with warehouse and shipping/receiving duties when required Complete additional tasks assigned by supervisors Qualifications Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift Strong teamwork and communication skills Willingness to learn and take direction Schedule Full-time positions available 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts may be available Overtime opportunities based on production demands #
