Production Maintenance Equipment Technician:

Perform complex repairs, rebuilds, and modifications on advanced production machinery Fabricate parts using machining equipment such as lathes, mills, welders, grinders, and drill presses Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical and electrical equipment issues independently Assist with installation of new equipment and relocation of existing equipment Collaborate with outside vendors and internal teams to resolve equipment defects Serve as a technical resource; train, coach, and mentor other team members Follow all safety procedures, including Lock-Out/Tag-Out, and maintain a clean work area What You Need to Bring to the

Role:

High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent job-related experience required Trade school education (1-2 years) preferred 10+ years of mechanical troubleshooting experience on automated manufacturing equipment 2-4 years of industrial maintenance experience Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams Experience using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measures) Strong math skills, including fractions and percentages Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work 12-hour shifts Comfortable working around loud noise and occasional outdoor conditions (PPE provided) Valid driver's license required Ability to pass a pre-employment, post-offer comprehensive assessment Ready to Apply?
