Production Test Technician Our Actuation facility in Chanhassen, MN is looking for a Production Test Technician to join their team! You will be responsible for following process instructions to assemble and test components of company's products. This position provides a challenging and dynamic work environment. Our Chanhassen facility is a temperature controlled and conveniently located.
Location:

  • Your Challenge With supervision, applies established principles and procedures to perform standard, routine technical activities relating to the manufacture and test of client products, in a frequently highly time-sensitive environment.
Performs the set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies. Determines and may develop test specifications, methods and procedures from a variety of blueprints, drawings and diagrams. Tests and troubleshoots assemblies and/or final systems. May complete rework on assemblies and/or systems as a result of testing. Prepares technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to a variety of technical problems. May assist in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment. What You Bring Associates degree in a technical-related field is preferred but not required. 2 to 4 years' experience in a similar role is preferred. Previous experience with set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies is an asset. Mechanical aptitude. Experience reading drawings and blueprints. Frequent standing. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Must be a US Person.
