Job Description

As a Manufacturing Engineering Technician , you will provide hands-on production support for packaging operations, ensuring equipment reliability, process efficiency, and minimal downtime. This role serves as a key liaison between Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance by rapidly identifying issues, escalating concerns, and implementing effective solutions to support production goals. In this role, you will: Create and analyze relevant process/equipment metrics to improve the process/equipment Investigate and correct problems involving the manufacturing processes and equipment Provide production floor support/troubleshooting Ensure all necessary spare parts are on hand and material of contact documented Perform/coordinate preventative maintenance and calibration Work with equipment vendors to procure/maintain/troubleshoot equipment This position could be a great fit for you have strong hands-on engineering skills and mechanical aptitude, along with the following: Associate Degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in the medical device or biopharmaceutical industry preferred but not required. Previous preventative maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

$29.00- $32.
