What You'll Do as a Sr.

Pre-Assembler Production Tech:

Train and lead production team members to meet targets and quality objectivesUtilize Epicor MRP system for production planning and schedulingMonitor and enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe work environmentOversee quality control and compliance with engineering specificationsCoordinate equipment maintenance and minimize downtimeDrive process improvements and implement work instructionsGenerate production reports and track KPIs What You Need to Bring to the Sr.

Pre-Assembler Production Tech Role:
