Pre-Assembler Production Tech:

Train and lead production team members to meet targets and quality objectives Utilize Epicor MRP system for production planning and scheduling Monitor and enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment Oversee quality control and compliance with engineering specifications Coordinate equipment maintenance and minimize downtime Drive process improvements and implement work instructions Generate production reports and track KPIs What You Need to Bring to the Sr.

Pre-Assembler Production Tech Role:

High school diploma OR 2 years of leadership experience in manufacturing Associate or bachelor's degree in engineering/manufacturing preferred Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical assembly, and/or fabrication Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Epicor MRP preferred) Ability to enforce safety standards and work department shift hours Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and pass pre-employment physical and drug test Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Why You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing Solutions Enjoy weekly pay , access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
