SMT Equipment Technician supports module assembly and test operations through equipment programming, maintenance, repair, fixture design, and production support. standards Proficiency with Microsoft Office Experience with automated optical inspection equipment Experience with selective solder machines Job Responsibilities Program surface mount equipment for production use, including pick and place machines, automated optical inspection equipment, reflow ovens, and selective solder machines Perform and document scheduled maintenance on production equipment Perform and document unscheduled maintenance and moderately complex repairs on production equipment Design solder stencils for PCB assembly production Design fixtures for PCB assembly production Train production personnel on safe and effective operation of production equipment Manage spare parts inventory for factory equipment, including ordering, control, and upkeep Assist with selection and installation of new capital equipment for production Support module assembly and test department operations as needed

Pay:
