Maintenance Technician -
Aerospace Manufacturing Location:
On-site Shift:
1st Shift (Start time 6:30 AM or 7:00 AM, 8‑hour shift)
Team Size:
20 employees on-site; Maintenance team of 5 ✈️ About the Role We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support the aerospace side of our manufacturing operations. In this role, you'll be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and overall upkeep of production machinery and related processes. You'll work closely with both Engineering and Production teams to ensure equipment is running safely, efficiently, and reliably. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, solving problems on the fly, and being a key contributor in a tight-knit team environment. 🔧 What You'll Do Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems on manufacturing equipment. Support and maintain production processes for aerospace manufacturing. Diagnose issues using basic PLC knowledge; assist with PLC-related troubleshooting. Work with vacuum systems and other specialized equipment (experience preferred). Collaborate daily with Engineering and Production teams to ensure equipment uptime and process stability. Document work performed and communicate equipment status to leadership and team members. ⭐ What You Bring Must-Have Qualifications Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Basic knowledge of PLCs Ability to work independently and within a team Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities Nice-to-Have Experience Aerospace manufacturing environment Working with vacuum systems Familiarity with automated or complex machinery 🎁 Why You'll Love Working Here We take care of our people. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
