We are looking for a talented, driven individual to join our 1st shift team in Fridley, MN, where we focus on precision, efficiency, and superior customer satisfaction.
Summary:
As a Maintenance Technician at Reviva, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency. Your primary mission is to provide expert maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair for all facility equipment and infrastructure, ensuring a safe and productive environment for the entire team.
Location:
Fridley, MN Schedule:
Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Overtime and Saturdays as needed)
Key Responsibilities Preventative Maintenance:
Conduct mechanical inspections, adjustments, and lubrication; perform timely repairs and verify equipment operation.
Technical Fabrication:
Read and create prints; utilize Arc, MIG, and Oxy/Acet welding; operate mills, lathes, and precision measuring devices.
Systems Expertise:
Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems; handle plumbing maintenance and installations.
Equipment Installation:
Manage the unloading, preparation, utility connection, and leveling of new machinery.
Facility Upkeep:
Maintain HVAC systems, lighting, grounds, and perform general repairs to concrete, asphalt, and paint.
Digital Integration:
Utilize CMMS, Excel, Word, and Airtable to track work orders and equipment history.
Lean & Safety:
Actively participate in Kaizen events and 5S initiatives; promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Qualifications Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
A 2-year technical certification or 5+ years of hands-on mechanical/electrical experience.
Technical Skills:
Advanced electrical troubleshooting and a deep understanding of hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
Communication:
Ability to interpret technical manuals and maintain positive professional relationships across all levels of the organization.
Soft Skills:
A team-first mentality and a commitment to excellent attendance and professional appearance. Physical Requirements Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds. Ability to stand continuously for 8 hours or more during a shift.
