Pay:
$18.00 per hour
Shift:
2nd Shift (1:30pm-12:00am Monday-Thursday)

About Us:
We are a small family business that creates custom thermoformed packaging for the Medical, Electronic, Pharmaceutical, Aerospace, Food and Retail industries.
Job Overview:
A Line Operator 1 processes thermoformed plastic products. The position calls for an eye for detail as parts must be inspected for conformance with company quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Maintain knowledge of the inline thermoforming machines Perform basic packaging functions; including gathering produced parts, inspecting, counting, packing, wrapping, boxing, labeling and palletizing finished goods Inspect product for defects and raise any concern about product quality Make sure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and that labels match the job traveler Ensure thermoforming machines and work areas are cleaned to daily standards Responsible for general cleanliness and safety of workspace and the manufacturing production floor Maintain compliance with all Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO, and company quality standards Perform other duties and projects as assigned
Physical Requirements:
Lifting of up to 40 pounds frequently, and up to 75 pounds occasionally Frequently reaching, grabbing, twisting and bending Standing for extended periods of time Extended periods of concentration while safely operating machinery This position is considered safety-sensitive, as it involves operating heavy machinery in a manufacturing environment. Employees must maintain full cognitive and physical ability to perform tasks safely.
