Plastics is a family-owned manufacturing company headquartered in Luxemburg, Wisconsin, with an additional production facility in Little Canada, Minnesota. We manufacture high-quality plastic bottles and containers for customers across a variety of industries. We're looking for skilled, hands-on individuals who enjoy troubleshooting equipment, solving problems, and keeping production running efficiently. What You'll Do As a Manufacturing Process Technician, you'll play a critical role in maximizing equipment performance and supporting production by: Performing machine adjustments to maintain optimum production efficiency. Troubleshooting equipment issues and completing minor mechanical repairs. Setting up and changing over production equipment according to product specifications and established standards. Performing routine preventive maintenance on production machinery. Inspecting, operating, and testing equipment to identify and diagnose mechanical issues. Assisting with equipment reliability improvements and minimizing downtime. Working closely with production and maintenance teams to ensure safe, efficient operations. What We're Looking For Previous manufacturing experience required . Strong mechanical aptitude and industrial troubleshooting skills. Experience performing equipment setups, adjustments, and minor repairs. Ability to diagnose machine problems and identify practical solutions.
