Powder Coating Technician / Production Line

Premier Powder Coating is looking for additional team members for our production line, and our batch powder coating area. First Shift, 6:30am - 4:30pm Monday through Thursday Friday's as needed, usually done by noon. located in Princeton, MN. As a team member you're responsible for hanging, and fixturing parts on the production line or in the small parts room along with any masking or plugging that may be required. Powder coating experience is not required. An ideal candidate can follow direction, ask questions, and learn on the go. We work as a team in a fast paced environment.

Daily tasks include:

Visual inspection of incoming parts, and powder coated parts. Hanging, downloading, & packaging parts as directed to customer specifications. Mask, plug, & fixture parts prior to powder coating Racking, and/or packing small parts as directed Maintaining an organized & clean work area Other tasks and duties as assigned This position involves bending, lifting, and being on your feet. Must be able to regularly lift/move 25 pounds, frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift/move 100 with assistance. 90 day probationary period applies.

Pay ranges from $18-$22/hour depending on experience & background.
