This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking an entry-level manufacturing position in a fast-paced production environment. Payrates for this role is $19.00 per hour. Job Summary As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating equipment, performing assembly-related tasks, conducting quality checks, and supporting daily production activities. You will help ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards. Key Responsibilities Operate production machinery and equipment according to established procedures. Perform assembly tasks using light hand tools to create semi-finished and finished products, systems, panels, and packaging components. Conduct quality inspections and testing throughout the production process. Identify and report product defects, equipment issues, and quality concerns. Follow all health and safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment. Report unsafe conditions or safety violations promptly. Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area. Support production goals by working effectively with team members and supervisors. Qualifications Required High School Diploma or GED. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Preferred Attributes Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and develop new skills. Strong team-player mentality and positive attitude. Dependable, punctual, and committed to quality workmanship.
Pay Details:
