Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Operate and monitor various manufacturing equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to produce high-quality products while adhering to safety protocols. Conduct quality inspections of products at various stages of production, documenting results accurately. Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Assist in training new employees on equipment operation and safety practices. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in manufacturing or related field is preferred. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is highly desirable. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting. Familiarity with safety standards and practices within a manufacturing environment is a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members.
