About the Role We are seeking a dedicated CNC Machinist to join our precision manufacturing team in a climate-controlled, professional environment. You will play a vital role in ensuring production excellence by operating advanced milling and turning equipment to deliver high-quality components. Responsibilities Execute complex production runs by setting up and operating multi-axis CNC mills and lathes. Optimize production efficiency by troubleshooting and refining CNC programs. Ensure component integrity by performing rigorous inspections using precision metrology tools. Maintain operational continuity through proactive tooling adjustments and machine maintenance. Contribute to a high-performance culture by maintaining an organized and efficient workspace. Achieve consistent output quality by adhering to strict engineering specifications and tolerances. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience in CNC machine setup and operation. Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex technical blueprints. Strong understanding of G-code and M-code programming. Expertise in using precision hand tools such as micrometers and calipers. Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs. Preferred Skills Experience with Mazatrol, Mastercam, or Fanuc control systems. Knowledge of GD&T standards and advanced CNC tooling. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
