OZARK also provides full maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO). Both OEM and MRO businesses are collocated in our Springfield MO facility. OZARK's primary MRO product lines include the T53 engine, T53 fuel controls and governors, Rolls-Royce M250 Engine (specifically the C47, C30, and C20 models), including fuel accessory, machining, and welding capabilities, providing for fast shop component repairs. As the

is a full-service provider of new parts, MRO, and engineering services. As a respected leader in the T53 Engine market Ozark is known for its overall MRO capabilities and high level of customer commitment. OZARK is committed to delivering high-quality products and services to our clients worldwide, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with regulations and industry standards. To support continued growth, we are seeking a motivated Turbine Engine Technician to join our team. This position will report to the applicable Program Manager.JOB FUNCTION / PURPOSE
The Turbine Engine Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of turbine engines and associated components, primarily supporting the RR250 engine line. This role includes, but is not limited to, engine teardown, cleaning, inspection, repair processing, parts evaluation, reassembly, testing, and final documentation in accordance with approved technical data and company procedures. This position may also provide support for field service activities, including on-site troubleshooting and limited maintenance support as required. It is expected that this technician will be actively engaged in the following:PRINCIPLE ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform maintenance and overhaul tasks on turbine engines and accessories in accordance with approved technical data, service bulletins, airworthiness directives, and industry standards Disassemble, clean, inspect, repair, and reassemble engines and subcomponents using specialized tooling and equipment Evaluate parts for serviceability and determine repair or replacement requirements Document all work performed in accordance with company quality processes and procedures Support engine testing and final assembly processes Maintain proper tool control and ensure equipment is in serviceable condition Promote and adhere to safety, quality, and 5S standards Coordinate with internal teams to meet production schedules and customer requirements Support field service activities as neededKEY OBJECTIVES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Education:
High School Diploma required.Certifications:
o FAA Powerplant (P) or Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license preferred o Prior FAA Repairman Certification is a plusExperience:
o 2+ years of turbine engine or related mechanical experience preferred o Experience with FAA Part 145 preferred o Experience with Rolls-Royce 250 series or similar engines preferred OTHER Must have valid authorization to work in the United States.Pre-Employment Verifications:
Must be able to pass background check and drug testPhysical and Environmental Requirements:
This position can be very active and require standing, walking, bending, and kneeling for extended periods of time throughout the day. Employee may have to lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.Working Conditions:
Will be exposed to office and shop environments. Work environment includes office, MRO shop, clean line, and other operational areas.Position Type:
