The Role:
We are looking for a Manufacturing Technician to join our team and help us make the worlds finest pool cues. This position is responsible for running machines and completing assembly tasks during a work shift. The Manufacturing Technician will ensure that items are produced in an efficient manner with a focus on quality craftsmanship, working directly with the Manufacturing Supervisor to meet daily and monthly production requirements.
Responsibilities:
Operate various manufacturing equipment Work with other team members to achieve production goals Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Identify and suggest improvements to the manufacturing process
Required Qualifications:
Ability to operate wood & metal working equipment Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time Attention to detail & ability to identify quality defects Willingness to learn new skills and processes Preferred Qualifications (Not Required) Interest and/or experience in woodworking 2+ years work experience in an industrial/workshop or manufacturing environment What we hope you will gain from this position: Satisfaction from helping build a world-class brand Learn new skills Develop craftsmanship working at the intersection of artistic beauty and industrial workmanship Opportunities to grow
