Job Description

Production Assembly Technician Location:
Tupelo, MS Shift Availability & Pay Day Shift Pay:
$14.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday•Thursday, 5:00 AM•3:30
PM Openings:
3 Positions Requires frequent lifting, material handling, and physically demanding production work.
Night Shift Pay:
$14.50 per hour
Schedule:
Monday•Thursday, 4:00 PM•2:30 AM Focuses primarily on assembly and production tasks with lighter material handling requirements. Position Summary We are hiring dependable and experienced Production Assembly Technicians to join our manufacturing team in Tupelo, MS. These positions play a key role in the assembly and production process by ensuring products are built according to company standards while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Successful candidates will have prior manufacturing experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting. Day shift employees should be prepared for physically demanding work involving regular heavy lifting, while night shift employees will spend more time performing assembly and production-related duties. Job Responsibilities Assemble products and components according to production specifications and quality requirements. Operate hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently. Perform production tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Inspect completed products to verify quality standards are met. Follow all workplace safety policies and operational procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and productive work area. Meet daily production goals and performance expectations. Assist with moving materials, staging products, and supporting production operations. Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to ensure smooth workflow and productivity. Required Qualifications Previous manufacturing or production experience required. Prior assembly experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Reliable attendance and dependable transportation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Day shift candidates must be capable of frequent heavy lifting and physical labor throughout the workday. Ability to stand, bend, reach, lift, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
