The Production Technician supports the assembly, testing, and preparation of electronic control systems used for the company's traffic safety and data collection equipment. This role is hands-on and essential in a small, fast-paced production lab environment where teamwork, attention to detail, and accountability are valued.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Assemble, label, test, and perform basic quality checks on production cables and electrical subassembliesSupport retrofit projects by removing legacy controllers, installing updated hardware, and modifying existing wiringAssist with shipping and receiving components and finished assembliesOrganize and maintain lab inventory, including kits, spare parts, and hardwarePrepare and maintain build documentation, kits, and work ordersMaintain a clean, safe work environment and collaborate with technicians to resolve production issues
Qualifications:
