In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, finishing, and inspecting precisionponents to ensure they meet strict quality and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate is hands-on, adaptable, and eager to learn a variety of manufacturing processes within a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Why You Want This Position Wage $18/hour, depending on experience Schedule Monday through Friday Gain valuable experience working on a variety of projects Fun and casualpany environment with regular employee events during work, likepany BBQs, pizza days, birthday celebrations, and more Essential Functions and Duties Shape, grind, sharpen, and assemble metal tips andponents to meet precise specifications Operate production equipment including presses, assembly machines, tumblers, ovens, and numbering machines toplete manufacturing tasks Wash, sort, hand-polish, and prepare instrument parts using designated wash stations Perform visual inspections and use measuring tools to verify accuracy and quality of finished parts Rotate between workstations and adapt to varying tasks based on production needs and product models Learn product lines, quality procedures, and regulatory standards such as ISO and FDA requirements Qualifications Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, systems, and quality standards Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for detailed work Ability to read and follow written instructions, safety guidelines, and procedure manuals Problem-solving skills with the ability to follow directions and adapt to processes Team-oriented mindset with clearmunication and a focus on continuous improvement Commitment to accuracy, safety, and proper use of tools, equipment, and materials Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening Call or text Dre in our LC Staffing Kalispell Office at 406-298-9148 42112
