This role is ideal for someone with mechanical aptitude who enjoys working with their hands, learning new skills, and contributing to a fast-paced shop environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to grow in a stable, small-company manufacturing setting. Key Responsibilities Operate drill presses and other shop equipment safely and efficiently Perform light assembly of temperature and pressure measuring devices Manage inventory of case parts and related components Assist machinists with setup, materials, and general shop support Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Perform general shop duties as needed to support operations Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay Health care coverage 401(k) retirement plan Paid holidays after 90 days Two weeks of paid vacation after one year 4-day workweek (four 10-hour shifts) — enjoy a 3-day weekend every week On-the-job training Stable, team-oriented workplace
