Job Description

Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking a skilled Heavy Machine Operator/Manufacturing Technician for our client located in the Browns Summit area. This role involves handling the operation of production equipment to ensure an efficient and seamless workflow. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of recent experience in a manufacturing setting and be available to work both 12-hour day and night shifts (rotating monthly). 12 hour rotating shifts from days to nights (monthly rotation) Weekly rotation on a 2-2-3 schedule $21/hr Temp-to-hire!
Job Responsibilities:
Machine operator will operate and oversee machinery to ensure it is functioning at peak performance. Machine operator will adhere to work orders to produce high-quality components, ensuring all specifications are fulfilled. Machine operator will conduct regular inspections of parts to verify they meet quality standards and make necessary adjustments to machinery. Machine operator will use precision measuring tools to ensure production accuracy. Machine operator will perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them running efficiently and safely. Machine operator will maintain steady machine cycles to improve productivity. Machine operator will address and resolve equipment issues during the manufacturing process, making any required adjustments. Machine operator will work closely with colleagues to meet production targets while ensuring quality standards are maintained. Machine operator will follow all safety guidelines and keep the work environment clean.
Job Qualifications:
Machine operator must have a High school diploma or equivalent. Machine operator must have a Proven attendance record. Machine operator must have Previous experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred. Machine operator must have Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate various types of machinery. Machine operator must have the Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical specifications. Machine operator must have Experience using precision measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Machine operator must have Basic math skills. Machine operator must have the Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
