$17-19/hr PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a local nonwoven manufacturing company and is seeking reliable Operators to join their production team. This position is responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment, ensuring product quality, and supporting a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities Operate and monitor production line equipment. Load and monitor materials to maintain proper production flow. Inspect materials and finished products for quality standards. Record production data accurately. Make minor machine adjustments as needed. Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance. Assist with equipment repairs and changeovers. Operate winding and wrapping equipment. Support team members and maintain a clean work area. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred. Textile or nonwoven manufacturing experience is a plus. Must have at least ONE year of Machine Operation Experience Basic computer, math, and measurement skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to bend, climb, crawl, and work around machinery safely. Why Apply?
