Job Description

Maintenance Technician - Industrial ManufacturingWe are seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians for current and future opportunities with manufacturing companies in the area. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial production equipment.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipmentPerform preventative and routine maintenance on production machineryDiagnose equipment breakdowns and complete repairs efficientlyAssist with equipment setups and changeoversMaintain accurate maintenance recordsFollow all safety and quality proceduresWork closely with production teams to minimize equipment downtime
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experienceStrong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skillsElectrical troubleshooting experienceExperience with preventative maintenance programsAbility to use hand and power toolsHigh school diploma or GEDExperience with motors, conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, sensors, or automated equipment is a plus.
