Direct-hire roles!! This role involves managing the operation of production equipment to ensure an efficient and seamless workflow. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of recent experience in a manufacturing setting
MINIMUM REQUIRMENTS
Citizenship:
US Citizen or Permanent Resident Alien Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Vision:
20/25 vision corrected or uncorrected
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in manufacturing environment
Communication:
For safety and quality, must be able to read, write & understand
English Mechanical Aptitude:
High Strong Math skills - three-digit addition and subtraction, multiple-digit multiplication and division. Converting fractions to decimals.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
