About the
Role:
The US Line Operator plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of production lines in our Mocksville NC facility. This position is responsible for monitoring, controlling, and maintaining equipment to meet production targets while adhering to quality and safety standards. The Line Operator will collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot issues, optimize processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Success in this role directly impacts product quality, operational efficiency, and overall customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions and safety procedures. Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate production machinery. Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge in industrial machinery operation or related technical training. Experience with lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies. Familiarity with computerized production tracking systems. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment
Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production line machinery to ensure consistent output and quality standards are met. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime and identify potential issues early. Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment for all team members. Document production data accurately and report any deviations or malfunctions to supervisors promptly. Collaborate with maintenance and quality assurance teams to resolve operational challenges and implement process improvements.

The required skills enable the Line Operator to effectively manage and control production equipment, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to safety standards. Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail are essential for identifying and addressing equipment issues before they impact production. Communication skills facilitate clear reporting and collaboration with team members and supervisors to resolve challenges quickly. Preferred skills such as knowledge of lean manufacturing and computerized tracking systems enhance the operator's ability to contribute to process improvements and data-driven decision-making.
