Position Summary PATH is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Custom Line Operator to join our Custom Program team. This entry-level role supports the production of custom-branded PATH bottles by operating and monitoring equipment, performing quality checks, and ensuring customer orders are produced accurately and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in producing high-quality products, and wants to build a career in manufacturing and operations. Key Responsibilities Operate equipment used to produce custom-branded aluminum bottles. Load materials and monitor production runs to ensure quality and efficiency. Perform quality inspections to verify graphics, print quality, and product specifications. Follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety procedures. Identify and communicate equipment, quality, or production issues to supervisors. Assist with setup, cleanup, and basic maintenance of production equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Support team members and help meet daily production goals. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Basic computer skills. Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds. Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a production environment. Ability to work safely around production equipment. Why PATH?
