2nd shift, 4am-12:30pm

Monday-Friday Client Profile:

A manufacturer of various post frames for commercial, residential, and architectural customers is seeking a qualified production worker.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working on the Trim Line
• Bending Metal, set up and operate machine, loading , catching, trimming, wrapping, banding, assembly and roll-foaming tasks.
• Complete all quality checks as documented
• Complete all daily orders in assigned area.
• Meet or exceed area's goals including safety, productivity, scrap, on-time delivery and accuracy.
• Perform daily operator preventive maintenance checks, as assigned.
• Report all machinery issues to Maintenance promptly.
• Clean and reset work area at the end of each shift, including but not limited to sweeping the floor, placing items in the proper storage area, stacking pallets, restocking packaging, and dumping trash.
• Accurately update all records and visual tracking, whether written or electronic (e.g., coil footage, cover sheets)
• Cross-train as directed and be willing to work at any production position in the plant, on an as needed basis.
• Participate in monthly inventory.
• Maintain adequate supply of materials needed to perform tasks effectively.
• Effectively clean and maintain machinery, equipment, and work areas
• Perform appropriate duties as assigned by management
• Maintain a safe and clean work space
• Follow established safety rules and regulations
• Must be capable of lifting 50lbs
• Must be able to bend and stoop
