Job Description
Manufacturing Technician $25.00 per hour Lebanon, NH
- Guide and direct the technical activity within a production line.
- Provide technical training to personnel including but not limited to product/process SOPs and all manufacturing related documentation.
- Identify and troubleshoot challenges with regards to process, equipment setup and documentation.
- Monitor NCR activity in area, seek guidance from Process and Product Engineers when necessary and disposition the NCR.
- Identify all support tooling out of calibration, compliance, or not fit for use.
- Assist with root cause analysis.
- Assist with introduction of new products and processes.
- Continuous improvement of process and products Job Qualifications
- Associate level degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated experience in overseeing manufacturing processes.
- Demonstrated experience in training technical material.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
