Be a part of an emerging Upper Valley start-up at WAHTS Hearing! We design, manufacture, and sell cutting-edge medical devices and are the forefront of changing hearing care for the US military and industrial workers. We are conveniently located off Exit 19 of Interstate 89. We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages and are looking to grow! Position Overview WAHTS Hearing is seeking a versatile team member to support our manufacturing operations. This candidate will possess a broad skillset along with the flexibility to apply it across a range of tasks.
Responsibilities may include:
Assembling headsets to detailed specifications Calibrating and inspecting finished headsets Performing final checks involving visual and auditory inspection Inspecting and documenting deliveries Packing and shipping finished devices We Offer A chance to grow as part of a great team changing the world On the job training
Starting Pay Range:
$20-$24 /hour, based on experience and skill level Full time Monday-Friday, flexible 8-hour days between 6am and 6pm Medical, life insurance, 401k 3 weeks of paid time off 10 paid holidays You Are Interested in a fast paced, quickly evolving environment A team player with a positive, can-do attitude Independent and self-starting Passionate about continuous improvement Detail oriented A great communicator Willing to use a broad range of skills and grow in the position You Have A high School Diploma or GED equivalent 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing company Familiarity with computers (MS Office suite, email, internet) Experience reading blueprints/CAD drawings Able to safely lift and move 50 pounds Hearing threshold levels shall not exceed 10 dB HL from 250 to 8000 Hz You May Have Experience in an ISO manufacturing environment Familiarity with shipping and receiving Experience with ERP tools (NetSuite or similar) Experience in the hearing industry
