Job Description
Our client is looking for Maintenance technicians to join a dynamic aerospace manufacturing team in Lebanon, NH. If you enjoy hands-on technical problem-solving and want to make a real impact in the aerospace industry, this is your chance to elevate your career. In this role, you will lead and support manufacturing processes, troubleshoot equipment and process challenges, and assist with continuous improvement initiatives to ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for instructing team members on production procedures, handling non-conformance reports, collaborating with engineers, and playing a key role in new product and process launches—all while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Required Skills and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in engineering or related experience preferred Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, especially overseeing and improving processes Strong technical troubleshooting skills and problem-solving ability Excellent communication skills for training and team collaboration Proficiency with computers and ERP systems, with the ability to learn new technology quickly Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills Experience in aerospace or highly regulated industries is a plusWork Schedule:
