This position focuses on preparing materials, operating print-related equipment, and ensuring finished parts meet visual and quality standards. Daily Responsibilities Prepare printing materials, including screens and color mixes, based on job specifications Adjust and blend inks to achieve consistent results Position components for accurate application of prints or markings Perform routine cleaning and setup of screening materials and tools Observe production runs and identify any inconsistencies or defects Conduct visual checks on completed parts to confirm quality expectations Maintain organized stock of inks, supplies, and screening materials Assist in keeping the work area orderly and production-ready
