6:00 AM•3:15 PM Position Overview We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Manufacturing Technicians to support cleanroom production operations on 1st Shift. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with hands-on manufacturing experience who enjoy assembly work in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. In this role, you will assemble and test medical devices while following detailed work instructions and maintaining the highest standards for quality, safety, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Assemble plastic and metal components into medical devices following approved manufacturing procedures. Use manual and powered hand tools, presses, fixtures, calibrated measuring devices, microscopes, and test equipment. Read and follow work orders, Bills of Materials (BOMs), assembly drawings, flow charts, and check sheets. Perform assembly processes including soldering, crimping, ultrasonic welding, bonding, and adhesive applications. Complete kitting activities using scanners and inventory software as needed. Perform equipment startup and end-of-shift inspections. Inspect products throughout the assembly process and report quality concerns. Maintain accurate production, quality, and labor documentation. Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with 5S and safety standards. Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and production leads to resolve manufacturing issues. Follow all ISO, FDA, QSR, GMP, and company manufacturing requirements. Qualifications Required Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience Experience assembling mechanical and/or electrical products Strong attention to detail Ability to read and follow written work instructions Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Preferred Medical device manufacturing experience Cleanroom experience Knowledge of ISO, FDA, QSR, GMP, or Lean Manufacturing Work Environment This position is based in a regulated medical device cleanroom where attention to detail, quality, safety, and documentation are critical to success.
