Competitive hourly pay based on experience Position Overview Can-One USA is seeking a Decorating Machine Operator to operate and monitor specialized production equipment used to apply graphics and designs to aluminum beverage cans. This position is responsible for operating decorating equipment, maintaining product quality, completing equipment adjustments, and identifying production issues. The ideal candidate has manufacturing or machine operation experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot equipment in a fast-paced production environment. Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid vacation and paid time off Career development and advancement opportunities Training and hands-on development Modern manufacturing environment Stable, long-term career opportunity Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor industrial printing and decorating equipment Set up equipment for production runs according to established procedures Monitor production equipment and make adjustments as needed Maintain proper print registration, image alignment, and color consistency Inspect finished products for quality and identify defects Monitor production runs and communicate quality or equipment concerns Troubleshoot equipment and production issues Perform routine equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance Use precision measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators Work with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to address equipment and quality issues Complete required production and maintenance documentation Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all company safety and quality procedures Participate in process improvement and equipment efficiency initiatives Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED 2+ years of manufacturing experience 2+ years of machine operation or industrial equipment experience Strong mechanical aptitude Ability to troubleshoot basic equipment and production issues Strong attention to detail Ability to identify product defects and print registration issues Ability to distinguish colors accurately and successfully complete any job-related color vision testing Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Experience with printing, decorating, packaging, or graphic production equipment Experience with flexographic, offset, or similar printing processes Experience operating high-speed manufacturing equipment Preventive maintenance experience Experience using precision measuring instruments Technical or vocational training in manufacturing, machine operation, or industrial technology Schedule Full-time 12-hour shift 3rd shift: 7:00 PM-7:00 AM Overtime may be available based on production needs Physical & Work Environment This is a hands-on manufacturing position. The role requires standing and walking for extended periods and may involve bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, pulling, and working around operating production equipment. Employees must follow all applicable safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment in designated areas.
