Full Job Description Position Summary:

The Senior Production Technician is a hands-on role responsible for daily manufacturing and assembly of products meeting quality and output targets. As one of the first production hires, you will also contribute to improving how work is done by identifying issues, refining workflows, and helping establish practical best practices for future team members. This role is ideal for someone experienced in hands-on manufacturing who takes pride in producing high-quality work and naturally helps bring structure and consistency to a growing operation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: ? Perform daily production work including assembly, gluing, welding, and material handling ? Meet production targets while maintaining high quality standards ? Identify and report production issues related to materials, tools, or workflow ? Support continuous improvement by suggesting practical process or layout improvements ? Help refine and standardize work practices through feedback and documentation ? Assist in training and supporting new production team members as the team grows ? Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment ? Support basic inventory handling and material preparation

Essential Education, Skills and Experience:

? 5+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production environments ? Experience with manual fabrication (e.g., adhesives, welding, textiles, plastics, or similar) ? A track record of high-quality output and attention to detail ? Ability to work consistently in a full-day production role #INDNBD
