As a Production Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our production processes. You will perform tasks using hand and air tools to put together various products such as service equipment and reading detailed instructions to ensure products are created efficiently and correctly. This role requires flexibility and willingness to move between departments. This is a first shift position. Responsibilities Assemble mechanical systems, print labels, and install components per Bill of Materials
  • Operate laser engraving machine.
  • Identify shortages in production and respond effectively.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
  • Stage orders for shipment.
  • Visually inspect parts for defects.
  • Put away stock as needed.
  • Mark and tag bad product so that inventory can be adjusted.
  • Performing other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) of the Production Assembler
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Quick learner, able to grasp concepts by looking at drawings, assemblies, or written instructions.
  • Experience in production environment necessary.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Willing to work overtime as needed.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to effectively apply analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Able to effectively communicate with team members.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations.
