Job Description

About the Role As a Fermentation Production Technician, you will play a vital role in executing complex manufacturing processes to create high-quality intermediates and finished goods. You will leverage your technical expertise in equipment operation and process monitoring to ensure all production goals are met in accordance with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities Monitor and adjust fermentation process equipment to optimize performance and ensure consistent product quality. Perform precise sampling, testing, and inspection of materials throughout the production lifecycle. Execute material handling tasks including forklift operation, ingredient dispensing, and packaging of finished goods. Maintain rigorous documentation for batch records, label control, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) tracking. Conduct routine housekeeping and minor equipment maintenance to support a safe and efficient manufacturing environment. Collaborate with management to investigate process deviations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills High School Diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in computer systems for data entry and process monitoring. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment. Understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance in a production setting. Preferred Skills 1 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Familiarity with cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and quality assurance standards. Experience with HACCP principles and food safety protocols.
