Position Summary We are currently seeking a production technician to join our team! The Production Technician is responsible for assembling products and sub-assemblies accurately, efficiently, and safely while maintaining high-quality standards. This hands-on role requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to follow technical instructions, drawings, and specifications. Key Responsibilities Assemble products and sub-assemblies according to written instructions, drawings, diagrams, and specifications. Inspect and verify parts and components to ensure they meet required specifications. Position, align, and secure components using hand tools, equipment, lifts, and hoists. Set and verify component clearances and ensure finished products meet quality and appearance standards. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work instructions. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Complete assigned work accurately and within established production timelines. Operate and maintain forklift certification as required. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent; technical education or training is a plus. 1-2 years of industrial, mechanical, manufacturing, or assembly experience preferred. Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with machines, tools, and equipment. Ability to read and follow technical instructions, drawings, and diagrams. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good time management, organization, and communication skills. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet-based applications. Willingness to learn company products, processes, and customer support requirements. Physical & Other Requirements Ability to stand, walk, kneel, reach, crouch, and stoop throughout the workday. Ability to lift 50lbs Ability to safely operate a forklift and maintain required certification. Valid driver's license required.
Pay:
$24.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 45.0 per week
