About the role:
The Helper - Molding Line provides support to the molding line Operator in the utilization and operation of the molding line portion of the production process. This includes supporting in completing paperwork, cleaning work areas, adjustments to equipment, etc.
Key responsibilities include:
Support the Molding Operator in all phases of the production process Carry out assigned tasks under the direction of the Molding Operator Assemble containers and perform packaging, labeling, wrapping, line setup, and cleaning activities Supply packaging materials to the production line Remove full pallets or bulk bags, inspect products for damage, and report any issues Ensure finished goods are properly labeled Move finished products to the designated staging area Maintain cleanliness and sanitize the production line as needed Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and maintain a clean, organized work environment Assist with general packaging and warehousing activities as required Demonstrate commitment to producing safe, high-quality food products Comply with all regulatory and food safety requirements Adhere to food safety standards, including GMP, HACCP, and
FSSC 22000
Perform other related duties as assigned About you: High school diploma or equivalent required Basic computer skills are a plus Some relevant experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members (both verbally and through basic written reports) Capability to follow instructions and directions from supervisors accurately Results-driven mindset with the ability to perform well under pressure Ability to learn and demonstrate knowledge of equipment and its operation within 30 days of on-the-job training Willingness to obtain forklift certification shortly after starting the role Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work independently Capacity to develop an understanding of manufacturing processes and production capabilities Ability to move freely throughout the entire facility Comfortable working in environments with exposure to noise, heat, cold, and dust What you can expect from
