Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as an Engine Builder, where you'll be at the forefront of precision craftsmanship and mechanical excellence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to assemble, repair, and optimize high-performance engines used in automotive, and manufacturing sectors. Your expertise will ensure that each engine meets rigorous quality standards and performs reliably under demanding conditions. Duties Assemble engines by interpreting detailed blueprints and technical specifications with precision. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and machining tools to construct and modify engine components. Conduct thorough quality control inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy. Perform mechanical repairs and adjustments on engines, applying automotive repair techniques when necessary. Operate forklifts and other manufacturing equipment safely to transport heavy engine parts within the workspace. Implement strict quality control procedures throughout the assembly process to meet industry standards. Document assembly steps, inspection results, and maintenance activities accurately for traceability and compliance. Skills Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics. Strong mechanical knowledge related to aviation, automotive repair, and manufacturing processes. Experience with assembly of complex machinery using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and machining tools. Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other gauges. Ability to perform quality control checks diligently to ensure engine reliability and safety. Knowledge of safety protocols related to welding, machining, forklift operation, and manufacturing environments. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail to identify issues early during assembly or inspection stages. $30.00 - $100.00 per hour
