None Basic Function:

Responsible for the safe and efficient running of equipment to targeted outputs, meeting quality and operating standards. Meet customer requirements by complying to manufacturing order copy, packaging specifications and label/locator information.

Responsibilities:

Start and Stop the AISA 240 and TEXA Auto Packer Ensure machines have adequate raw materials on line Resolve all technical matters within the scope of the training provided Understanding the 5 different faults that require clearing and resetting the

AISA 240

Clearing a door fault Clear jams and start/ stop auto packer as required Proper understanding of referencing or sequencing the AISA Clearly understand all of the safety procedures for safe operation of equipment Proper identification of tube defects Assist in investigation of any Quality complaints Follow appropriate line clearance procedures Accurately set and adjust the machine in accordance with designated parameters Maintain good housekeeping. $23.45 - $28.74 per hour Quarterly Performance Plus Bonus eligibility with up to a 4% payout based on company performance. 5% Night Shift Differential for employees working night shift.
