Required:
Safety boots, no jewelry, no acrylic nails Job Description We are seeking a Downline Line Operator for a long-term position. This role involves stacking pallets of finished products, organizing materials, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift. The environment is fast-paced and physically demanding.
Key Responsibilities:
Palletize finished goods Stage/organize packaging materials (trays, glue, labels, etc.) Assist with cardboard baler machine Dispose of production waste Maintain case coder (dates, placement, ink cartridges) Clear jams and reset basic machine faults Load materials into tray packer Install/adjust label rolls Verify lot numbers, case codes, and SKUs Maintain communication across departments Clean machinery before/during/after production Enter documentation into RedZone Maintain a clean and safe work environment Wear PPE as required Reliable attendance is a must Work overtime/weekends as needed
Physical Requirements:
Lift up to 50 lbs Bending, standing, twisting for entire shift Work in temperature-fluctuating warehouse (±40 degrees)
