Job Description

Opportunity with a growing ISO-Certified contract development and manufacturing company located in Reno, Nevada. Medical Device manufacturing experience or knowledge is preferred. Cleanroom Manufacturing Technician/Assembler is a contract role focused on R&D and pilot builds, working closely with engineering to support product development activities. This position is ideal for someone experienced in small-part assembly who enjoys detail-oriented work in a regulated medical device setting. Qualifications, Experience, and Key Attributes Required Contract role with potential for extension-permanent based on performance and business needs. Responsibilities Perform hands-on assembly of needle-based medical devices and subassemblies Work in a cleanroom environment following GMP and company procedures Follow detailed work instructions, drawings, and process documentation Use magnification tools, custom fixturing, and precision hand tools for small-component assembly Support prototype, development, and pilot builds in collaboration with R&D engineers Inspect components and assemblies to ensure quality and conformance to specifications Document build activities and maintain traceability as required Cleanroom Environmental Monitoring Maintain an organized and compliant work area Required Skills & Experience Experience performing small-part or medical device assembly (needles, cutting tools, disposables, or similar preferred) Ability to work under magnification (microscope or loupe) with strong attention to detail Familiarity with cleanroom practices and regulated manufacturing environments (GMP/ISO) Comfortable following written work instructions and documenting work performed Good manual dexterity and precision handling of delicate components Ability to work collaboratively with engineering in a development-focused environment

$24.00 - $29.00 per hour Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
