This role will be involved in the development,commissioning,and ramping of high-speed automatedequipment, while working in a cross-functional team to test,validate, and roll-out process and product design changes. The battery cell is a criticalcomponentin Tesla vehicles and storage systems. This role will have the opportunity to make meaningful contributions to our products.

The ideal candidate should be ready to push their limits, as they joinahighly motivated and capableteam. What You'll Do
Support development, commissioning, and ramp of custom high-speed automated manufacturing equipment
Perform equipment setup, operation, adjustments, and maintenance to meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards
Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers and suppliers toidentifyissues and drive engineering improvements
Debug andoptimizeautomated processes to reduce cycle times and maximize OEE
Troubleshoot complex issues using PLC, HMI, and tool management software while supporting operations during extended downtime
Develop operating procedures, training materials, maintenance routines, and equipment documentation
Conduct analytical tests, record and interpret data, andparticipatein supplier and internal FAT/SAT activities What You'll Bring
3+ years of hands-on operational and technical experience with mechatronics or electromechanical systems in a highly automated manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of root cause analysis, high and low voltage systems, and electrical safety practices
Proficient in metal working, fabrication tools, hand/power tools, and basic electrical testing equipment
Ability to perform hands-on assembly, disassembly, and inspections with good manual dexterity and ability tolift upto 20 pounds
Strongproficiencyin MS Word, Excel, and other business systems to manage and interpret technical data
Excellent attention to detail, structured problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with availability for domestic and international travel Compensation and Benefits
