Job Description

Position Summary
The Production Technician III is a skilled manufacturing professional responsible for assembling, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting electro-mechanical and/or electronic products.
Key Responsibilities Perform assembly, integration, and testing of mechanical, electro-mechanical, and/or electronic assemblies in accordance with engineering drawings, work instructions, schematics, and specifications.
Troubleshoot production issues, diagnose root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Support quality objectives by identifying nonconforming material and collaborating with Quality and Engineering teams.
Perform functional testing, inspections, and verification activities.
Accurately complete production and ERP documentation.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
8+ years of experience in a production technician or manufacturing role.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and mentoring skills. Physical & Work Environment Requirements Ability to stand, sit, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
Ability to lift and move materials consistent with production requirements.
Work performed primarily in a manufacturing environment.
