We are growing and looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Engineering Technician to support our production operation. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving manufacturing problems, working with CNC equipment, and finding better ways to make things. What You'll Do Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CNC machines and manufacturing processes Work directly with Production and Quality to solve problems and improve processes Read engineering drawings and turn them into practical work instructions and inspection sheets Use SolidWorks to maintain and update existing engineering drawings Assist with CNC programming, setup and process optimization as needed Identify and implement improvements to quality, productivity, efficiency and safety Serve as a technical resource and problem-solver for the manufacturing floor Work with Engineering, Production and Quality on new products and process improvements What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in CNC, manufacturing, engineering technology or a related field Strong mechanical aptitude and manufacturing problem-solving skills Ability to read and understand engineering drawings Experience with SolidWorks or similar CAD software Experience troubleshooting CNC equipment and/or manufacturing processes Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with production employees Self-motivated, organized and able to work independently An Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Technology, CNC Technology or a related field is preferred , but equivalent hands-on manufacturing experience will be considered.
